I am available for phone help to cover things like the basics of using WordPress, how to use Woocommerce, or for basic tech help.
Unless you know you need more than one call, I usually invoice for & do one call to start; if after the first call you would like additional time, we can talk about what you’d need & I can put together a package of several calls that is slightly discounted.
Possible topics include:
- How to use WordPress, including the basics of plugins, security, and backups
- How to do manual backups, including how to use FTP
- How to use Woocommerce, including basic info on shipping setup
- Troubleshooting issues you are having with your site
NOT AVAILABLE ON A CALL:
- Instruction in how to make a theme (this is beyond the scope of a phone call)
- Instruction in how to do CSS or HTML (beyond the scope of a phone call, but an ecourse on this topic will be available soon)
- Instruction in how to market your products/services (beyond the scope of a phone call)
