Most items in the shop are digital downloads – this means that nothing is shipped to you because as soon as your payment goes through, you will be shown a screen that has your download links on it. You will also receive an email with your download links, and you can log into your account at any time to download the items you purchased.

Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the emails after you order.

HOW TO UNZIP/EXTRACT YOUR DOWNLOADED FILES

The items that you download will be .zip files. Here is how to extract them:

  • Mac desktop: Double-click a .zip file to extract all the contents.
  • PC desktop: You can double-click the .zip to open the folder & view the contents, but then you need to actually drag all the contents to a new folder/location to fully extract them. You can also right-click the .zip file and choose “Extract.”
  • Mobile devices: You’ll need to install an unzip app, then open it, navigate to your .zip file, and uncompress it via the app.

SHIPPING FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

In addition to digital downloads, I also offer items that are printed by a fulfillment center and then shipped to you; right now that’s only the mugs, although more printed items will be offered soon.

If you order physical items, when you place your order it is sent to the printer.

The printer/fulfillment center then prints, packages, and ships your order according to the time frame listed on those individual product pages.

If you order digital downloads AND physical products, your digital downloads will be available right away after payment processes (they are not delayed by the shipping time of the physical product). Your physical products will then follow the usual processing/shipping time as listed on its product page.

REFUND POLICY

For downloadable items, once the item is downloaded, I cannot offer a refund.

However, if there is a problem with your file(s), let me know right away and I will fix it or offer a replacement.

If you have a problem with a printer-based order, please contact me & we can arrange a return or exchange.

A note about shipping for physical products: Please know that once an order is being fulfilled by the printer, I am not responsible for delays or problems occurring during production and shipment – I have no control over that part of it all. Please contact me if there is any problem though and I will try to help get it fixed.

All orders from the printer will have tracking info & I’m happy to help you try to locate a missing package.
